GetHuman-406676: the customer service agent did not help what so ever. i had a charge on my card that i did not know how it go there. they did not want to help me at all. they need to get people on there that understands what i am saying. all i heard in the back ground were people yelling in a different language. where are these people from that i am speaking to. apparently not the united states. more english speaking people should answer the phone but instead i get people that speak a different language and i can not understand a word they are saying.

GetHuman-406676: For that I would say two out of five.
