GetHuman-kambali: just reserved Insidious * and it didn't give me the right movie. I got Pitch perfect *. This is the second time the mobile app messed up on just this reservation. The first time it didn't let me use my promo code. A gentleman from customer service helped me out and credited the movie. The first lady I talked to was more than rude. Basically telling me I was stupid and didn't know how to use a smart phone or your app. then hung up on me. If this is how customer service is ran I'll just stop using the Redbox all together. I'm sorry but I just called to find out what happened and got treated like ****. Im not really into watching pitch perfect * and I even had to pay for it cause the app didn't work. Thanks for your time and look forward to hearing from you.
