~Hot water: I have had terrible customer service from your company. I purchased a Rheem hot water heater and had it installed. Soon afterward we noticed a loud flute like sound coming from the unit. I called my plumber that installed it, and he contacted Rheem. They said they would send out a repair kit, next day, and would have an installer contact me. One week later no part received, so I called again. It takes about ** minutes on hold to reach someone.* The service person told me there was no kit, that was a mistake, and he would send out a technician to repair the brand new unit. I asked why no one had informed me and was told they dont call out. Needless to say, I was never called by your local repair guy. That was over a week ago.* Wednesday ***** I called again (no reply to my emails). ** minutes on the phone and was told someone would contact me immediately to repair my new hot water heater. No one has called or contacted me.*I am not confidant that this is safe to use and would like it re
