GetHuman-111691: Website unreliable. Representative was unable to find my medications for refill either by checking my available refill list or by using the prescription numbers. In fact the representative lacked any information to assist me. Basically he went to great effort to make sure he could not refill my prescriptions. I had my original prescription in hand along with my medication bottle. Gave them the Rx* and was told it was inactive. Rightsource totally failed me as a consumer. My medications are very important for my health. Rightsource left my health in jeopardy. I was so dumbfounded it was hard to believe I was speaking or depending on a reputable company. I feel Humana is in serious trouble for using Rightsource for their pharmacy.
