~jartem: The support rep was a little dense, but eventually got my account fixed. Someone else had signed up using my email address (they didn't own my email). I couldn't make my own account with my own email, so they had to fix that.

~jartem: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~jartem: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
