GetHuman-82584's review of Rogers Wireless customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Rogers Wireless customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-82584: I have been a Rogers customer for years and went with the Rocket Hub in ****. We are rural and the service has been spotty, not at all what they advertise. I have put up with poor reception and very poor tech service and customer response in the past. This week my service dropped to practically nothing. Rogers tech advises me (after all this time) that the tower is not aligned in my direction but they hope to have another tower up "sometime" this year. If I told my customers "sometime" I wouldn't have any. I rated my last customer service experience as excellent because she was very sympathetic and gave me an excellent upgraded plan for my two cell phones.*Rogers advertises "Fastest high speed internet in your neighbourhood." For me this is false advertising. When is some smart lawyer going to start a class action suit with Canada's internet providers.*I might add that dealing with the CRTC on issues gets you nowhere. It is as bad as dealing with Rogers.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Rogers Wireless. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Rogers Wireless problem?
GetHuman-82584: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-82584: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Rogers Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-82584: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Rogers Wireless customers?
GetHuman-82584: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Rogers Wireless to know who you are.
