~anonymous: gee whiz. we should create a rosetta stone of customer service for them and have everybody in the company use it every day for a month! this was almost as bad as Sears.

~anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.
