~shelley: I was calling for a replacement phone (lost) and they told me to call the ***-***-****. HELLO...I've called ALL the *** numbers and can't talk to a human. The robot wants me to wait ** min. and call back. WAIT FOR WHAT. "I'VE LOST MY PHONE." The original "indian from Pakistan" told me for a replacement phone to call that number and they would help me. I told him I already had. He returned saying 'call that number'. FOR WHAT. To just talk to a robot again and the robot to say 'bye'. CRIPE
