GetHuman-228349: Henry hung up on me. called back and lucas no help. Lucas: "*We don't trust, we have to verify."* I have not had a Samsung TV work since Sat Am and suggested they call bestBuy to verify as for me to go to OfficeDepot and make copies and then send by postal mail is a good *-* days, then another *-* days for someone to read my mail amd then correspondingly another few days to delay in hopes I guess that I would give up. I read the customer reviews and feel sadly that Samsung does not really care and does not really want to help* rather delay &* put obstacles in the way in the hopes that the customer will go away. I will write to Consumer and office of whomever can hopefully help me obain what is a stated warrantly. Seems the response is not to help but to place obstacles in the path in hopes the customer stumble and falls and goes away. This is my first experince and it is not a good one. Henry at your customer response hung up on me. Lucas has not been helpful. I called on
