~Cindy: I have received different answers from different samsung customer support people on the web and on the telephone. Very frustrating. One said my tv faulty capacitors would be replaced and paid for by Samsung and the on line rep said no way. I am going to join the samsung class action suit against them for this issue. If you have the same problem with your samsung tv, expect a lot of frustration and aggravation from "customer Service" and absolutely useless.

~Cindy: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Cindy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Cindy: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Samsung customers?
~Cindy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
