~mybadneveragain: Purchased a Samsung VRT Steam washing machine for $*** on May *, ****. In September ****, I noticed the lettering on the directional panel starting to literally melt off. I took several pictures, because it was so bizarre. I have used no cleansers or chemicals to clean the surface. I have used only HE products in the machine. Without the directional panel guidelines, it's impossible to use the machine correctly. There are literally over ** command options that can even be customized. Lowes and Samsung considers these "directions" to be cosmetic and not pertinent to the actual use of the machine. Instead of asking me to send photos or work with me in any capacity for this strange and obvious flaw in manufacturing...Samsung customer service just said "there is nothing that can be done, unless you want to purchase a whole new directional panel and have it installed on your ** month old, $***.** Samsung VRT Steam. I guess spending over $***.** for this option sounds reasonable t
