GetHuman-284747: No one that works at the call center seems to care about customer service. We were repeatedly put on hold and could hear laughing in the background. Our two year old Samsung washers drain pump burned out for the second time and we were basically told that it was our responsibility even though the part was recalled. Because of the drain pump running the mother board burned out and we were then told that was our responsibility too. I will never buy anything Samsung again.

GetHuman-284747: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-284747: For that I would say one out of five.
