~piper123: Ive always purchased other brands never a Samsung until recently. I was in for a rude awakening and the question that keeps coming back to me is how id Samsung getaway with such poor services and still remain in Business. I had catigorized Samsung to the likes of Microsoft, Cisco or Apple for their superior customer service where employee take ownership of issues till resolution. All I see in Samsung is employess that pass the buck. Very poor service. Samsung lost site of whats important. Not the making of the product by supporting it with quality service reps. Shame on Samsung.

~piper123: For that I would say two out of five.
