GetHuman-344210: Called in regards to a manufacturer defect on my brand new Smart TV. Was asked to provide receipt and submit pictures. I had to send in * times before they received the email. After dealing with Executive Customer Care, I was told that this was a scratch. After arguing and asking to speak with a supervisor I hung up, called back, explained again the issue...tech came out and within * days a new panel was installed. Horrible call center experience! Great repair company experience. * out of *
