~Sharon: I called Samsung support center. I have a cell phone and it is under warranty. I bought it in March **** and the screen went black on Dec. ****. I did not drop it. I did not want to mail the phone to Samsung and be without a phone for a week or * weeks so I took it to a repair shop and paid for the repair. I wanted Samsung to reimburse me for the repair. The man I talked to did not understand and kept putting me on hold...I spent ** min. talking to him and got no results other than Samsung does not reimburse.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Samsung. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Samsung problem?
~Sharon: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sharon: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sharon: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Samsung customers?
~Sharon: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
