GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-tonyc6: On ******** at approx *:**am eastern, I tried to order * Samsung UN**J**** **-Inch TVs but for some reason the web site would not let me order. I wrote to Support who told me that the price ($***) was incorrect and it was a system glitch. The correct price was $***. Upon further research, I found that numerous other customers had indeed bought the TV's at that $*** price and it was a one day deal. So I was lied too. When I said that to them they responded that no one else had a problem as I. So, wait, then the price WAS $***. Then I was told that glitch or otherwise, the price can change at any time and the price now is $***. If this is how Samsung customers are treated, then I don't need to buy Samsung. Visio is quickly moving up to de-throne Samsung from ** position. Maybe I'll try them.

GetHuman-tonyc6: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-tonyc6: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-tonyc6: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
