~PISSED SAMSUNG CUSTOMER: I am still waiting from Saturday August **, **** and I am still not getting answers about a $**** dryer I purchased from them. They have no repair centers in my area and not in hurry in refunding me my money. I am constantly being giving the run arounds with no direct answer. I purchased the fridge, washer & dryer w*pedestals, stove with vent hood and they act like they value my business should have went LG.

~PISSED SAMSUNG CUSTOMER: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
