GetHuman-307070: I AM very disappointed with my Sears Account I have had my Sears account for ** years and I got my statement a few days ago and my Credit Limit has been decreased over $*,***.** My husband and I both have EXCELLENT CREDIT and about * years ago we bought a Washer Dryer Dishwasher and a Stove so I don't understand why you would decrease our credit limit instead of Increasing it. Your interest rate is ridiculous but since we enjoy shopping at Sears we use your card. I have several credit cards that charge about *** of the interest that you charge. I talked to a customer service Manager and she said since we hadn't used our Sears Card since **** it made us a bad risk. We have credit cards with credit limits that range between $**,***.** and $**,***.** with a lot less interest rate than yours and they have NEVER and I MEAN NEVER DECREASED our credit limit. By you decreasing my credit limit it may or may not damage our Credit Score. We are SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING CANCELING OUR SEARS CARD *Sinc
