~Anonymous: I had a scheduled pickup and delivery of a refrigerator for Saturday ********. The delivery team arrived during the scheduled arrival time, however one of the delivery men was very unpleasant, rude, and slightly threatening, he seemed filled with with rage. He stated he planned to bring the refrigerator, through the front door rather the the back door because it was to wide for the back door( he had not measured either door). When I told him that a refrigerator of the same width had been delivered via the back door, he still insisted he was not going to do it. A few more words were exchanged which I thought were entirely inappropriate. Finally he said something to the effect that maybe he shouldn't deliver the refrigerator, with that I agreed. Ollie was the name of the very offense delivery man, the other man was not at all unpleasant. I called the Sears delivery service to lodge a complaint, waited ten minutes, the person I spoke with was professional and trying to be very nice, b
