~Kathy: Agree with the other negative comments. I, too, was given a delivery date and they failed to show. After I had taken off work, I finally received a call that asked if they could reschedule to the next day and being in business for ourselves we reluctantly agreed and I took another day off work. Called the next morning to find out what time I could expect them and was told I was given incorrect information and that it would be the next day. Sears Delivery has got to be one of the worst organized companies I have dealt with in years. I will not be dealing with Sears again either, accountability is a huge part of any business success and they obviously do not have any.

~Kathy: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kathy: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears Delivery's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kathy: For that I would say four out of five.

~Kathy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears Delivery to know who you are.
