~Unhappy customer: with sears home delivery I received the worst service ever! They delivered the wrong product and after being told that they could care less because after all their job was just to deliver. After going at great length to get someone to listen to me Sears agreed to exchange it at no extra cost to me. The delivery service could care less what your time schedule is because they refuse to work with you. They insisted they would deliver the product when no one was at home and to get the overseas delivery dept. to listen to you is like talking to a wall. After complaining to corp. customer service on the phone and through e-mail after a week I got a real short reply saying "sorry". This is the last time I buy a major product from sears.
