~noshophere: Absolutely the worst experience ever. Had appointment. Took work off to wait for *-* window, told s*b on early side and were *st in rotation. Waited...then called at * when no one showed, was told he was on the way. Called back *:**pm put on hold then told tech sent home b*c he was not authorized to work overtime. Next appointment ** days out. Customer Service doesn't care about customers - pathetic - don't waste your time here.
