~Desiree: I bought a stove and over the range microwave. They brought the stove on scheduled delivery day with no hook up plug. They said the installer is coming with the microwave and will do it. He never showed up. This is day * and the stove is still in the garage after many promises but no delivery. At this point they don't see me scheduled and I'm getting transferred from one person to another. Spent *:**:** and still no results. At this point they need to just refund my money and take their stove back.

~Desiree: For that I would say one out of five.
