~dbtaylor: I called Sears to get someone to come out and fix my Kenmore washer. The man asked me questions to troubleshoot the problem. He ordered the part and told me that someone would be at my house on Saturday, February ** between **-*PM to work on my washer. I received the part on Tuesday afternoon, February ** and immediately called Sears. I was repeatedly told that no one could out before Saturday to work on my machine. I had problems in October and was told to call back and you all would get someone out to fix my washer. I am disappointed that you all did not send someone on Wednesday to work on my washer. All of my appliances (washer, refrigerator, oven, stove top, and dishwasher)purchased at Sears. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SEARS.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~dbtaylor: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dbtaylor: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sears customers?
~dbtaylor: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
