GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sears customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~(none): I submitted a review earlier about how I called the human and all he could do for me is give me another number (***-***-****) to call for technical assistance for my water heater. In the hour since then I have been transferred to * different humans, all of them after hearing my problem saying they were not the right person and would transfer me someone knowledgeable, with an average ** minutes wait between calls. The last call transfer was to a pediatrician. I still wonder how they managed to play Sears music and propaganda while I was waiting for the pediatrician to answer the phone. I rated communication "horrible" because what I understood was that their intention was to help me so solve my problem. Obviously I was wrong.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sears. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sears problem?
~(none): I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~(none): I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~(none): For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sears customers?
~(none): Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~(none) taken from his Sears customer service problem that occurred on October 25th, 2017.
