GetHuman-408650: My parents have a washer they bought last year and it is leaking underneath. They are saying it will take * and a half weeks till someone can come to fix it. The person on the phone was polite, but this is not good sevice. My parents are over ** and have limited mobility. This is difficult for them and as their son it makes me not want to purchase from Sears because of how they are not being helped.
