GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-dbculbe: Received the Elliptical Elite **.* from Sears on **Dec** with the left saddle bracket bolts not properly installed (partially stripped) and the Computer Screen filled with fluid and not working. **Dec** - I called Sears *-***-***-**** for an exchange. I was told that the Elliptical does not show on my account, they have no record of me purchasing it and cannot make an exchange. They had no advice on how to resolve the problem or who to talk to next. They stated without an actual order number on my account that there is nothing that they can do for me. They gave me a Ticket *********.
