~Mike: Also expected the worse but got through after two minutes to a very helpful guy (Tim) who was able to confirm that my online ticket order hadn't completed for some reason and that I'd be able to order them again without fear of accidentally buying two lots of tickets.*Marked down due to the minutes of infuriating recorded messages that gave options unrelated to my query ...once through to a human everything was ***%
