~sule: I recieved excellent service from the * calls I made. The issue was easily resovled. The reps were friendly and helpful. This is the second time I have called. The first time, they sent me a new cordless vaccum, as the one I had did not work. It was a gift and I could not return it to the store. This time it was an issue with the charger. Other comments were negative. I am glad I had no problem. Yeah!
