~JP: I called and left my number to be called back, to be put on hold and then given to someone outside of the USA who can't speak or understand English much less help me. o be switched back to the US to hold again going on ** minutes, my time obviously is not valuable to Shutterfly

~JP: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JP: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Shutterfly's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JP: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Shutterfly customers?
~JP: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Shutterfly to know who you are.
