GetHuman-133757: I was able to speak with someone right away when I called. My problem was we were disconnected towards the end of my enrollment which took almost **mn. I waited ** min. to see is the agent would call me back, but I did not receive a phone, realizing he probably only had an incoming line. I called back & asked for a superviser. It took another ** min to get on on the phone. I then had to re-enroll all over again. The one thing I must say is the ALL the representatives I spoke with were extremely polite & patient
