~SCAMALERT: BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TRY AND SCAM YOU. WHEN YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, YOU WILL BE TURNED OVER TO A COLLECTION AGENCY. FIRST THEY WILL TRY AND TELL YOU THAT YOU WERE ON AUTO PAY. ASK THEM TO FAX YOU A COPY OF THE AUTO PAY AGREEMENT AND THE STORY CHANGES. THEN ASK THEM TO FAX YOU ALL STATEMENTS WHICH SHOWS A FEE BEING OWED, THEIR RESPONSE WE CAN'T DO THAT.*MY RESPONSE WAS WHY CAN'T YOU FAX THE REQUIRED INFORMATION, TO WHICH THEY REPLIED WE WILL SHOW THAT YOU ARE DISPUTING THE CHARGES. MY BILLING STATEMENT RECORD WHICH I GOT FROM THEIR WEBSITE SHOWS ME OWING A $*.** BALANCE, I ASKED THEM TO EXPLAIN THAT TO ME AT WHICH TIME AGAIN THEY COULD NOT DO.*BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

~SCAMALERT: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~SCAMALERT: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~SCAMALERT: For that I would say two out of five.

~SCAMALERT: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
