GetHuman-410379: I attempted to get a representative from the United States to help. I was told on numerous occasions that they could not transfer me. I called on three separate days, *-* times each day. I have a lifetime subscription and even though Sirius and XM are the same company they will not honor the lifetime between the two radio's. It would cost $*** to start a new one. I have not even transferred the current one from the original radio. What a scam. Then you can not get a representative from the United States to help you even when requesting one. Customer service is definitely not even on their list. Money is...I will definitely tell everyone I know about my experience with Sirius XM.

GetHuman-410379: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

GetHuman-410379: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman-410379: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
