~Brandi: I purchased a car that offered Sirius Radio and was given a * month free trial. I enjoyed listening to the radio during this period and decided that I would try it for another * months just to make sure I would keep it. I was surprised by the amount it cost to get the service, but thought I would still get it. I was in shock when I saw where they took out $** out of my acct w*o my permission. When I called they were rude and not helpful at all, basically telling me there wasnt anything they could do to put the $$ back in my acct and still turned off the radio. Needless to say the customer service ***** and not one person I have ever spoken with has been polite or helpful. I can barely understand what they are saying and they just repeat themselves like its a recording.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sirius/XM. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sirius/XM problem?
~Brandi: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Brandi: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Brandi: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sirius/XM customers?
~Brandi: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
