~llhcatsports: I signed up for a five year plan. After two years they charged my credit card again without my permission or asking me. I asked for a refund which they agreed to give me in the amount of $***. That was two and half months ago- have called two more times to ask where the check is, and they keep claiming they have sent it, but they haven't. Total ripoff company. They denied they ever even had a five year plan. They are a bunch of liars as far as I am concerned. And get some people who can speak English well please. These people in customer service speak horrible English.

~llhcatsports: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~llhcatsports: For that I would say one out of five.

~llhcatsports: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
