~Anonymous: I would tell rep something, then I would hear a faint clicking sound. Not sure if I was on hold, disconnected or what. After a while the rep would come back on the line. A simple acknowledgement like "OK, just a minute" would have gone a long way. I had tried clicking on the website's "live chat" and it repeatedly told me I had an invalid session, even though I had just logged in. I have been an XM customer for ten years. The programming is fine, but the customer support has always been well below average.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.

~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
