~"Big Dave": Still waiting on my refund that I was suppose get in *-** business days as of May *th. Talked to several reps, not once heard the same story. They took $ out of my account that was unauthorized. I call this credit card theft. My humble opinion about Sirus Radio is that they "****". I have read several complaints about them. How they stay in business in is beyond me. I guess there game is to rob Peter to pay Paul.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sirius/XM. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sirius/XM problem?
~"Big Dave": I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~"Big Dave": I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sirius/XM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~"Big Dave": For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sirius/XM customers?
~"Big Dave": Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sirius/XM to know who you are.
