GetHuman-430798: You guys all act like you dont know about the auto renewal but if u would pay attention to what the agents say and tell you, you would understand it. How many of you actually went to the website and read the terms and conditions????? I bet maybe not ever a quarter of you guys actually did. Read it once. SiriusXM is cool they do everything for their customers so get over yourselves!

GetHuman-430798: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
