~Skypeitsosucks: a multi-billion $ phone co owned by Microsoft that provides online PHONE SERVICE has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE LINE: ? really ? and you cannot get your outgoing phone number ID (they create a generic one from CA) unless you have a mobile phone or pay for their assigned phone service. (which is ludicrous when you already have Skype for such calls) * so any other type of service you are out of luck. especially when you finally reach someone to set up your caller ID, and they REFUSE to help you. yes, refused ! Why does MICROSOFT treat its customers this way?
