~DIRK VERBOOMEN: I was calling my wife for the first time with skype and after a few minutes my account was blocked I don't know why but this is a terrible service I had to fill in forms to see it was me to get my account unblocked but after a few houres I can't still log in My wife is expecting a phonecall this evening To make an account and to pay credit it go fast To block my accoun it go also fast To unblock my account I have to wait ** houres I know how it works I work also in telecommunacation and I may say that the skype service is not good and to have a direct contact it is imlpossible UNBLOCK MY ACCOUNT INMEDEATLY SO THAT I CAN CALL MY WIFE IN UKRAIN AND THAN I HAVE TO PUT HAPPY NEW YEAR IN THE BOX BELOW IT IS A JOKE I THINK

~DIRK VERBOOMEN: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Skype's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DIRK VERBOOMEN: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Skype customers?
~DIRK VERBOOMEN: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Skype to know who you are.
