GetHuman-18310: It's been four days, *,*** minutes without heat. My house has maintained a consistent temperature of ** degrees. I've has two of your technicians at my house, neither could fix the problem. The part was finally ordered after * days. It's **pm and I'm still waiting on you tech. In addition, I had to purchase a $***.** space heater which I want SCG to reimburse me for...immediately. I'm also calling Jim Torgerson and the State (HHS) tomorrow to *****. I'm pissed, I'm cold and I'm out $***. Because of you inept customer service. Also, note there a two seniors living in this house, one diabetic* and two children under the age of three. Yes, I am on a contract and have been a faithful paying customer for over ** years.
