GetHuman-21163: My phone ran twice, when I reached in my pocket to answer it the person on the other end hung up. Obvious there was little interest in actually making contact. There is NO WAY of reaching a person at any point in the original call. It is clear So.Ct gas wants non human interaction as much as possible. I am unable to get the payment system to identify my Acct number and have asked to have that corrected numerous times and it has still not been done. Response has been, "yes we know there is a problem but we can't do anything about it." I simpley want to go back to paper bills and ACTUALLY REACH a PERSON in a reasonable length of time.
