~glkplk: Waited ** min. then got cut off. Music stopped. Called back and waited about ** more minutes. Actually talked to someone who was very helpful. She gave me direct phone numbers for the Southwest stations for both my arrival and departure city to try to talk to someone to see if my item was turned in. I'm now trying to call those numbers. She was very nice and understanding. Tried her best to help and explained how things worked to help me understand.
