~lagermeister: Had a new rep that had to ask supervisor * times what to do. On hold forever. Finally rep told me my request was free. I asked for supervisor to complain about their policy when he told me it wasn't free, their fee was $***. one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Ridiculous.
