GetHuman-emmalee: I didn't get a confirmation email, even after I spoke with customer service who said they'd send one.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman-emmalee: I made the reservation and paid for the ticket, and waited for the confirmation email. More than an hour later, one didn't come so I called their customer service line. After finally getting through to a human, she said she would send me "another" email. That one still hasn't arrived.

GetHuman-emmalee: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
