~Margaret: I tried every number they list to speak with a customer service rep about my $* fare club account, but couldn't actually speak to any live person, so I called corporate headquarters, and got the same recordings....then Googled to see if there was an actual way to contact them,....Now why would I have to work that hard just to straighten out an issue???
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Spirit Air. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Spirit Air problem?
~Margaret: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Margaret: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Spirit Air's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Margaret: For that I would say five out of five.
