~Carol Hensley: Spirit booked a ticket ofr me to the wrong city and charged $*** extra to 'change' the reservation back. I had an email from the marketing department wishing me a nice flight to Phil. (where I booked) but Elizabeth in customer service could not find it. I offered to email it to her and was told there was no one to email it to. I had to pay an additional $*** to get mt ticket. Nerve use this airlines again!!!

~Carol Hensley: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Carol Hensley: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Spirit Air's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Carol Hensley: For that I would say four out of five.
