~disappointed flyer: Stuck in Chicago O'hare, they announced after waiting ** *** hours that we would all be getting a $*.** Food Voucher and then $***.** back on the Credit Card that was used. Even the Pilot announced during take off that we would all be getting a $***.** back on our Credit Cards. I called Spirit and now they are saying that all we get is * $**.** Vouchers and they need to be used for our next flight. *st Time Flying Spirit and Last!!! THIS AIRLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AIRLINE. I WANT THE $***.** THAT WAS PROMISED TO ME, I DO NOT WANT TO FLY SPIRIT EVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE EXPERIECE!!! EXECUTIVES NEED TO TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THIS OR THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS SOONER THAN LATER.
