I can't say we were happy as the man talked in circles and said after ** min. he had no power to fix our bill so we demanded to talk to someone higher. Been waiting now for a long time for that someone to pick up. No help yet. Not impressed with Spring at all and regret going with them for customer service alone. He also told us this * is not corporate.
