~Upset customer: I have had billing issue since day one my bill was suppose to be cheaper and have been greater every month now my cell bill is over *** for * lines and Every time I talk to someone I get a different answer and the managers have been rude and now that I complaint and asked for a different manager because it wasn't my fault that's what their customer services person told me they made me pay addition $*** when I had already paid $***. son in a ** hour time frame I had to pay *** dollars plus they made a arrangement for *** in to weeks but told me I can call the day before and pay pass due which I have been doing and now the manager said that's a break of payment arrangement when that's what they tell you to do so how am I breaking a payment arrangement its them also after the complaint on Steven from I believe they said Seattle I was then told I can only make a payment arrangement with a secured method If I could have afforded to cancel and tell them where to go I would of but my daughter
